A YEAR OF MENTORSHIP

Season by Season

You will be guided through the wheel of the year. Each season you will learn how to align your energy and lifestyle with the rhythms of Mother Nature as well as exploring practices for body, mind, spirit, and space - your home + our planet.

MIND
How we think and the information we consume affects all areas of our lives. You will learn to cultivate the habit of awareness, the art of intention, as well as a variety of methodologies for training your mind to work in service to your highest good.

BODY
We will work with herbal allies, learning which herbs can support you along your journey. Explore nutrition and eating for the season. Use movement – yoga, somatic movement, walking, nature walks.

SPIRIT
We will explore a wide variety of modalities for connecting to spirit, including meditation, breathwork, ritual, ceremony, and more.

ENVIRONMENT
You will learn how to create sacred space anywhere you are, your home, place of work, even when traveling.

I teach how to create transformation from my own lived experience

For most of my life, I was caught in a relentless cycle of hustle—always pushing forward, believing productivity was the key to success. I didn’t yet understand that just as nature moves through seasons of growth and rest, so do we. When my daughter was two, exhaustion hit me like a wall. I was in an unhappy marriage, stuck in an unfulfilling job, and giving to everyone but myself. My body finally gave out, and I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia—something I had unknowingly lived with for months. But even after healing, I still didn’t feel like me.

At a follow-up appointment, I confided in my doctor about feeling drained and disconnected. Instead of medication, he gave me a different prescription: four hours a week just for myself. That simple shift changed everything. I returned to yoga, which rekindled my connection to my body and spirit. I began to truly listen—to my thoughts, my emotions, and the truth my body was telling me. I became devoted to healing in all areas of my life, and as I did, I discovered a deeper truth: everything is connected.

Through my herbalist apprenticeship, I was introduced to the Wheel of the Year—the practice of aligning with nature’s rhythms of release, rest, awakening, and expansion. When I began working with these cycles rather than pushing against them, everything started to shift. I felt more clarity, ease, and alignment than ever before.

Slowly, I transformed my life. I left my marriage, found true love, raised my daughter, and created a life I truly love, filled with joy, purpose, and abundance.

 

A Year of Sacred Living is the path I wish I’d had—guiding you to connect deeply with yourself, reclaim your power, live with intention, and align your life with the cycles of Nature.

Our Year Together

SPRING: We begin on the Spring Equinox with Awakening & Renewal
As the Earth awakens, so do we. Spring invites us to plant the seeds of intention, embrace fresh beginnings, and align with the energy of renewal. Through sacred rituals, seasonal nourishment, and mindful practices, we harness the vitality of this fertile time to set the foundation for an abundant year.

 

SUMMER: Expansion & Radiance
With the sun at its peak, summer calls us to step fully into our power, radiance, and joy. This is a time for celebration, embodiment, and deep connection—both within ourselves and our community. We cultivate presence through movement, creativity, and practices that honor the light within and around us.

FALL: Reflection & Harvest
As the days shorten and nature turns inward, we gather the wisdom of our experiences. Fall is a season of reflection, gratitude, and release—an opportunity to integrate lessons, honor the harvest of our efforts, and realign with what truly nourishes us. We slow down, create sacred space, and embrace the beauty of transition.

WINTER: Stillness & Deep Listening
Winter beckons us into the depths of stillness, where profound transformation takes root. In this season of rest and introspection, we listen deeply to our inner wisdom, replenish our spirit, and dream into being what is to come. With rituals of rest, soulful storytelling, and gentle embodiment practices, we honor the sacred pause before the cycle begins anew.
