By scheduling or paying for any service offered through www.artofsacredliving.com, and/or by communicating with Tia Tuenge in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

 

1. You are 18 years or older

2. Art of Sacred Living prides itself on honesty and integrity. While Tia conducts every reading and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.

3. All readings, coaching sessions, and consultations with Art of Sacred living and/or Tia Tuenge are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.artofsacredliving.com or Tia’s social media platforms, and Youtube  or Vimeo channel. 

4. No reading or coaching session given by Tia Tuenge is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling. 

5. Tia Tuenge, and www.artofsacredliving.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Tia Tuenge as well as content created by Tia Tuenge including but not limited to youtube and Vimeo videos, blog posts, Instagram, and workshops and retreats. 

6. Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Tia Tuenge is unacceptable and shall be grounds Tia Tuenge to cease services immediately.

7. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Tia Tuenge and her heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes. 

8. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Tia Tuenge.

9. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

10. You have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

11. Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is non refundable.

 

You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
